It's a great building and a great company to work with. They're a total turnkey metal building company from the design, foundation, and steel framing to insulation, gutters, and roll-up doors. I had the pleasure of working with Tracy after an email inquiry. From the beginning, Tracy made it known he was there to assist and guide me along the steps necessary to complete my build-out. Communication was always provided during all steps of the building process. The foundation crew was excellent and worked with me on several custom options, which was the best concrete finish I have seen.

The framing team was easy to work with and accommodated any of my requests; they even worked with me on a particular project while they were here on site. The site team Lead Supervisor was on site most of the time during the project, ensuring all was well to company standards. Any concern issue was immediately addressed and rectified professionally and to customer satisfaction. MWS has all the correct material contacts to get you the bottom line price while still offering you that special touch that only a family-owned business can provide you with nowadays. All of my expectations were exceeded.
